摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在新时代、新形势下,“90后”班主任和“00后”大学生逐渐成为主体,自媒体不断壮大,高校思政工作的环境已然变成校园、社会、自媒体网络空间“三位一体”的新工作环境。因此,高校思想政治教育工作必须从单一的“辅导员—大学生”模式真正转变为“辅导员—班主任—大学生”的“三位一体”教育管理模式,因此高校班主任的作用就显得十分重要。

Abstract: In the new era and new situation, the post-90s headteachers and post-00s college students are forming the mainstream, while the We-Media continues to expand. The environment for ideological and political work in colleges and universities has become a trinity, which are campus, society, and We-Media cyberspace. With this change, the ideological and political work in colleges and universities must truly transform from the unitary counselor-student model to a counsel-headteacher-student model, thus making the role of headteachers irreplaceable.
