摘要: 该文在师范类专业认证背景下,从专业管理和师范生个体两个层面在专业内部构建人才培养质量的评价模型和评价体系,在此基础上,进一步研究各环节的评价方法和具体标准,并结合学校师范专业建设的实践经验,形成相应的评价制度和工作机制,比较全面、准确地对人才培养质量做出合理的评价,进一步推动师范专业的教学改革,提高专业建设的成效。

Abstract: Under the background of normal professional certification, in this paper, we construct the evaluation model and evaluation system of talent training quality from the two levels of professional management and normal students. On this basis, we further study the evaluation methods and specific standards of each link, and form the corresponding evaluation system and working mechanism combined with the practical experience of normal specialty construction in schools, so as to evaluate the quality of talent training comprehensively and accurately, further promote the teaching reform of normal specialty and improve the effectiveness of specialty construction.
