进展性案例在内科护理教学中的应用研究

摘要: 目的 研究评价进展性案例在内科护理教学中的运用效果。方法 选取我校2020级护理专业两个班级共计100名学生作为研究主体,将抽取两个班级划分为参照班(50名,常规案例教学方法)与实验班(50名,进展性案例教学方法),课程结束后,对比分析不同教学方法的实施效果。结果 实验班学生对教师的教学质量评分,相较于参照班明显偏高,在教学设计、教学方法方面两班评教得分差异明显,P<0.05;实施后,实验班在寻找真相、解放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲望、认知了解程度方面评分与评判性思维总分,相较于参照班明显偏高,P<0.05。结论 在内科护理教学中,运用进展性案例教学方法,有助于强化学生的学习能力与评判性思维。

Abstract: Objective To study and evaluate the application effect of progressive cases in internal medicine nursing teaching. Method A total of 100 students in two classes of nursing major in our school of grade 2020 were selected as the main body of the research, and the two classes were divided into a reference class (50 students, conventional case teaching methods) and an experimental class (50 students, progressive case teaching methods), after the course is over, compare and analyze the implementation effects of different teaching methods. Results The students in the experimental class gave teachers a significantly higher grade of teaching quality compared to the reference class. There was a significant difference in teaching design and teaching methods between the two classes in teaching evaluation scores P<0.05; after the implementation, the experimental class was looking for the truth and emancipating the mind; The total scores of scores and critical thinking in terms of analysis ability, systematization ability, desire for knowledge, cognitive understanding, and critical thinking were significantly higher than those in the reference class, P<0.05. Conclusion In internal medicine nursing teaching, the use of progressive case teaching methods can help strengthen students' learning ability and critical thinking.
