高校“第二课堂”与赛训学融合的模式思考

摘要: 当前高校的“第二课堂”模式已基本成形,但是对其模式的深度发掘和幅度延伸仍需要进一步地探索。该研究从不同角度对“第二课堂”的开展模式进行阐述,一是树立“第二课堂”教学的新理念,提升其平台建设;二是以大学生为主体对象,构建多维化的执行模式,培养学生创新意识的形成;三是以所建“第二课堂”平台优势,提高学生实训能力;四是利用校企合作的平台优势,提高和优化“第二课堂”的教师队伍,促进人才培养目标的实现;五是以行业需求为基点,优化“第二课堂”的考核体系,培养符合新时代产业需求的高素质人才。从而将“第二课堂”开展模式和行业人才需求挂钩,与企业发展方向接轨,通过课堂理论学习、竞赛实训锻炼、企业经验分享等多形式的融合,促进高校“第二课堂”教育改革,实现高校为企业培养更多高水平行业人才的目标。

Abstract: At present, the second class mode in colleges and universities has basically taken shape, but the deep exploration and range extension of the mode still need to be further explored. This study expounds the development mode of second class from different angles. First, it establishes a new concept of second class teaching and improves its platform construction; Second, taking college students as the main object, we should build a multi-dimensional implementation mode to cultivate the formation of students' innovative consciousness; The third is to improve students' practical training ability with the advantages of the second class platform; Fourth, we should make use of the platform advantages of school enterprise cooperation to improve and optimize the second class teaching staff, and promote the realization of talent training objectives; Fifthly, based on the needs of the industry, optimize the second class assessment system, and cultivate high-quality talents in line with the needs of the industry in the new era. Thus, the second class development mode is linked with the industry talent demand, and is in line with the development direction of enterprises. Through the integration of class theoretical learning, competition and training, enterprise experience sharing and other forms, it can promote the transformation of the second class education reform in colleges and universities, and realize the demand of colleges and universities to cultivate more high-level industry talents for enterprises.
