摘要: 通过回访调查,了解到我院设计类专业毕业生从学校毕业到工作岗位,出现了部分学生专业能力和思想过渡时间长、专业实践能力较差、学生特长不突出等问题。由毕业生的问题反思课程教学等方面存在的问题,从而通过构建“四维双链”的校企合作模式,破解校企协同育人不畅,产教融合不够紧密的难题;嵌入“学生职业能力发展拓展项目”,提升学生实践能力和职业素养;采取“课证融通”的课程设计方法,嵌入“1+X”职业资格证书,同步企业岗位要求;打造“课程、技训、竞赛、实践”一体化模式,促进学生职业能力的提升;提出“54321”具体措施,提供学生职业能力培养的保障机制等方式来提升教学质量,以达到提升毕业生就业能力的效果。

Abstract: Through the return visit investigation, it is found that the graduates of design major in our college have some problems, such as long time of professional ability and excessive thinking, poor professional practice ability, and no outstanding specialty of students. Through the construction of the "four-dimensional double chain" school enterprise cooperation mode, we can solve the problems that the school enterprise cooperation is not smooth and the integration of production and education is not close enough; Embedding "students' professional ability development project" to improve students' practical ability and professional quality; The curriculum design method of "course certificate integration" is adopted to embed "1 + X" professional qualification certificate and synchronize the enterprise post requirements; Build the integration mode of "curriculum, technical training, competition and practice" to promote the improvement of students' professional ability; This paper puts forward "54321" specific measures, and provides the guarantee mechanism of students' vocational ability training to improve the teaching quality, so as to achieve the effect of improving graduates' employability.
