产教融合培养人工智能人才机制研究

Research on Mechanism of Cultivating Artificial Intelligence Talents through Integration of Industry and Education

摘要: 随着信息技术的发展,人工智能人才的需求呈爆发式增长趋势。为实现人工智能与经济社会发展深度融合,很多高校开设人工智能课程,建立人工智能人才培养体系。然而,现有的人工智能人才培养机制存在理论与实践脱轨、校企供需不平衡等问题。为此,探讨了产教融合培养人工智能人才的机制,通过校企课程的融合、师资的融合、资源的融合,实现科教融合、产教融合协同育人的目标。除此之外,提出了“产教结合、校企合作管理委员会”加上“产教结合、校企合作项管理工作小组”两级管理机构的概念,以此来保障产教融合人才培养机制的实施,产教融合培养人工智能人才机制适用范围广,可用于本科生及研究生等各类人才的培养。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, the demand for artificial intelligence (AI) talents shows an explosive growth trend. In order to realize the deep integration of artificial intelligence and economic and social development, many universities offer artificial intelligence courses and establish an artificial intelligence talent training system. However, the existing artificial intelligence talent training mechanism has problems such as the derailment of theory and practice, and the imbalance between supply and demand between schools and enterprises. In response, it discusses the mechanism of integrating industry and education, and realizes the goal of integrating science and education through the integration of school-enterprise courses, teachers and resources. In addition, the concept of combination of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation management committee and combination of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation management group two-level management institutions. The proposed the mechanism of cultivating artificial intelligence talents through the integration of industry and education can be used in many fields, applicable to talent training of undergraduate and graduate.
