摘要: 随着我国经济实力的增强,社会发展和科技进步对材料制造产业的要求不断更新迭代。高校作为社会储备人才的主要培养基地,培养创新型人才的教育体系也应不断更新。在具体实施时,高校应统一配置教学资源,充分整合社会资源,用好资源优势,提高高校的教学水平,提高创新人才的综合能力。在材料学科的实际应用过程中,应注重学科交叉对创新人才培养的影响。

Abstract: With the enhancement of my country's economic strength, social development and technological progress have continuously updated and iterated the requirements of the material manufacturing industry. As colleges and universities are the main training bases for social reserves, the education system for cultivating innovative talents should also be constantly updated. In the specific implementation, universities should uniformly allocate teaching resources, fully integrate social resources, make good use of resource advantages, improve the teaching level of universities, and improve the comprehensive ability of innovative talents. In the actual application of materials disciplines, attention should be paid to the influence of interdisciplinary on the cultivation of innovative talents.
