Abstract: With the prosperity of market economy and the transformation of economic pattern, China has officially entered the new normal development stage, knowledge, science and technology and other factors are becoming more active in resource allocation, the speed of cross-border industrial integration and the emergence of new business forms are accelerating, and the social demand for compound and skilled talents is also rising. This paper focuses on this background, introduces OBE education model, and discusses the short board of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training courses and optimization design strategies in applied undergraduate university.
