Abstract: In view of the training objectives of big data related majors in higher vocational colleges, combined with the development requirements of the current big data industry, this paper carries out the research and design of big data operation and maintenance training teaching. Set up a big data platform using Hadoop and HBase, and deploy Prometheus framework, Pushgateway, Alertmanager, and Node_Exporter to monitor and provide early warning for the big data platform. Data visualization design was carried out through Grafana and Zabbix controls, and real-time operation and maintenance display of big data platform monitoring was completed. Through the exploration and research on the practical teaching of big data operation and maintenance, the reform of practical teaching of big data professional vocational education is promoted, the cultivation of students' practical operation and hands-on ability is strengthened, and the cultivation quality of skilled big data talents in higher vocational colleges is improved.
