摘要: 以TRIZ基本原理为基础,给定假定条件,提出人才培养类TRIZ技术系统模型。从人才培养过程出发,建立教与学技术系统的功能分析模型,结合教育教学的基本规律,分析人才培养的基本环节,获得相应的人才培养体系与人才能力形成的关系。构建人才培养能力模型,详细介绍模型的层级和关系;结合所依托的水利水电工程专业实际,解析工程认证以来,尝试构建“政产学研用”人才培养体系要求的教学要素对应关系模型,并阐述了人才培养体系的初步成果和关系,为教育教学提供参考。

Abstract: Based on TRIZ, proposing corresponding assumptions, illustrating the process of talent training, established a functional analysis model of the teaching and learning technology system, combined the basic laws of education and teaching, analyzed the basic links of talent training, and obtained the corresponding talent training base content exploration and guiding conclusions; constructed a talent training ability model, introduced the level and relationship of the model in detail, and described and expressed it with visual graphics; combined the actual water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty that it depends on, analyzed its engineering certification and try to use it for production, education and research. The construction and practice of the talent training system, and expounded the preliminary results and relationships of the talent training system. It provided a reference for the field of education and teaching.
