Abstract: The million enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges has brought opportunities for the development of vocational education, but it also makes higher vocational colleges face many problems and challenges. After the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges, the basis of students is uneven, which brings some problems to the teaching and student management of higher vocational colleges. Combined with the teaching and student management of higher vocational colleges, this paper promotes the reform of teaching and management mode, aims at improving the quality, aims at the needs of social employment, and puts forward the corresponding strategies of vocational education in higher vocational colleges, so as to cultivate students' vocational skills and improve students' employment quality.
