Exploration on the Improvement of the Scientific Research and Practice Innovation Ability of Graduate Students——Based on the Graduate Students’ Cultivation Results of School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology during 2016-2020

摘要: 研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的一项重要内容,以研究生培养过程中的成果产出衡量研究生的科研与实践创新能力是一种较为常用的评价方法。该文以中国矿业大学力学与土木工程学院为例,基于该院2016-2020年硕士研究生培养成效数据(包括优秀硕士学位论文、研究生第一作者发表期刊论文、研究生主持的江苏省科研和实践创新计划项目以及研究生参加学科竞赛获奖),分析了硕士研究生科研与实践创新能力现状,并从改革课程体系、强化过程控制、共建实践基地和优化管理组织四个方面提出了研究生科研与实践创新能力提升措施。研究结论对同类院校探索硕士研究生创新能力培养具有借鉴价值。

Abstract: The cultivation of innovation ability is an important part of postgraduate education. It is a common method for evaluation of scientific research and practice innovation ability based on the cultivation results of postgraduate students. This paper takes the graduate students’ cultivation results of School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology during 2016-2020 as an example, which includes the excellent master's thesis, first author published journal papers, scientific research and practice innovation plan projects and discipline competition awards. The status of research and practice innovation capabilities of graduate student is analyzed based on these data, and the improvement countermeasures on innovation capabilities of graduate student are put forward, including reform curriculum system, strengthen process control, co-construction practical base and optimization management organization. The study conclusions is of reference value for exploration of innovation capacity cultivation of graduate student of similar universities.
