摘要: 材料表面工程课程是材料类专业一门重要的偏应用领域的专业课程,其对材料科学基础知识的运用要求较高,需要学生将前期所学的理论知识充分运用到实际工程技术应用之中。教学内容以各种材料表面处理技术为主,内容相对独立,前后关联度不大。为了使学生更好地学习材料表面工程课程,在教学过程中融入实际工程应用案例及表面处理技术的学术前沿动态等课本外内容,并在教学过程中适时引入思政元素,易于学生掌握各种材料表面处理技术,有助于培养学生成为具有较强实践能力的应用型复合人才。

Abstract: Material surface engineering is an important professional course in the application field of materials majors. It has high requirements for the application of basic material knowledge, which requires students to make full use of theoretical knowledge in the application of engineering technology. The teaching content mainly focuses on the variety of surface treatment technology, and the content is relatively independent with little correlation. In order to enable students to better learn the knowledge of material surface engineering, integrate practical engineering application cases, moral education, and academic frontier trends of surface treatment technology into the teaching process, which is easy for students to master the various material surface treatment technologies, and help students become applied composite talents with strong practical ability.
