建设项目全过程造价管理在工程造价专业实践教学中的实施与应用——以北京城市学院为例

摘要: 随着建筑业的快速发展,建设项目的全过程造价管理已成为保证建筑企业经济效益稳定提升的决定因素。因此,基于工程造价管理的不断完善,社会对工程造价人才有了更高要求。该文基于北京城市学院工程造价专业的人才培养,以全过程工程造价管理的核心理念为出发点,以真实项目为载体建立“全过程造价管理课程群”,将相互关联的多门课程实践项目整合调整实施,形成有机系统,进一步搭建全过程造价管理的实践教学体系,实现工程造价专业毕业生与全过程造价管理相关岗位需求的对接。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, the whole process cost management of construction projects has become the decisive factor to ensure the stable improvement of economic benefits of construction enterprises. Therefore, based on the continuous promotion of the engineering cost industry, the society has higher requirements for engineering cost talents. This paper takes the training of engineering cost professionals in Beijing City University as the starting point, taking the core concept of the whole process engineering cost management as the starting point and the real project as the carrier to establish the "whole process cost management course group". The interrelated practical projects of many courses are integrated, planned, adjusted and implemented to form an organic system which further build the practical teaching system of the whole process cost management so as to realize the docking between the graduates majoring in cost and the job requirements related to the whole process of cost management.
