摘要: 针对液压自由活塞发动机存在的压缩比难以精确控制的问题,基于TRIZ理论,设计了一种新型液压自由活塞发动机。首先用因果链分析得到影响压缩比控制的因素,用功能分析找到系统存在的问题,对其功能模型进行裁剪;然后应用物场分析、技术矛盾、小人法获得液压自由活塞发动机的设计方案。此液压自由活塞发动机压缩比控制精确,结构简单。

Abstract: Based on TRIZ theory, a new kind of Hydraulic Free Piston Engine (HFPE) is designed and innovated to solve the problem of uncontrollable compression ratio. Firstly, the factors affecting the compression ratio control are obtained by causal chain analysis; the existing problems of the system are found by functional analysis, and the functional model is cut. Then the design scheme of Hydraulic Free Piston Engine (HFPE) is derived by applying substance-field, technical contradiction, and SIMS method. It is found that this Hydraulic Free Piston Engine (HFPE) has the advantages of high control accuracy and simple structure.
