Research on In-Post Practice Process Management from the Perspective of Informatization and Humanistic Care

摘要: 顶岗实习对提高学生实践技能和职业素养具有重要意义,是实现高职人才培养目标的有效途径,是高职学生走入社会前的必经阶段。目前部分高职院校的顶岗实习依然存在一些问题,顶岗实习质量有待提升。该文从高职院校、实习企业、实习学生三方入手,分析了当前高职院校顶岗实习过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了以现代信息技术为手段、以人文关怀为理念的顶岗实习管理新模式,旨在推动我国高职教育进一步改革与发展。

Abstract: Post practice is of great significance to improve students' practical skills and professional quality. It is an effective way to achieve the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges, and it is the necessary stage for higher vocational students to enter the society. There are still many problems in in-post practice in higher vocational colleges, and the quality of in-post practice needs to be inprouel. This paper analyzed the main problems existing in the process of post practice in higher vocational colleges from the three aspects of higher vocational colleges, internship enterprises and students. And it put forward a new management model of in-post practice process which took modern information technology as means and humanistic care as concept. Its purpose is to promote the further reform and development of higher vocational education in China.
