摘要: 在义务教育阶段,小学发挥着基础教育作用,小学教育水平的高低决定着儿童基础教育的发展。一些地区农村小学教育规模不大,质量不高。小学全科教师能够有效地服务于农村基层教育,改变这些地区乡村小学教师资源匮乏的现象。为更好地培养小学全科教师,该文从多方面分析“四方协同”小学全科教师培养模式实践教学的内涵定位和整体原则,从而提出其实践教学体系构建的策略。

Abstract: In the stage of compulsory education, primary schools play a role in basic education, and the level of primary education determines the development of children's later education. The scale and quality of rural primary education in some areas are insufficient. General teachers of primary school can effectively modify the quality of rural primary education and make up for the lack of teachers of rural primary schools in these areas. So in order to better train general teachers of primary school, the article will analyze the connotation and overall principle of the practice teaching of the "four-party coordination" training mode of cultivating general teachers of primary school from different aspects, and further propose the strategy of constructing the practice teaching system.
