摘要: 该文详述了辽宁大学自开展化学基础学科拔尖学生培养试点改革以来,不断探索卓越化学人才培养的有效途径,有效提升了教育教学水平和质量。开展了学分制改革,探索书院制和导师组制,加强专业思政和课程思政建设,拓展了素质教育课程体系,提升拔尖人才综合素质,协同推进德智体美劳五育并举。深化多元协同育人,构建多学科融合交叉培养平台,以通识课程、学科基础课程、多学科交叉核心课程构成课程体系,从课程中引出学习项目、各类研究型实验项目以及竞赛项目,保证课程与项目密切配合,提升创新能力。

Abstract: This paper describes how Liaoning University has been exploring effective ways to cultivate excellent chemistry talents since the pilot reform of cultivating top students in chemistry basic subject was carried out, which has effectively improved the level and quality of education and teaching. It has carried out the reform of the credit system, explored the academy system and the tutor group system, strengthened the training program of professional and curriculum ideological and political construction, expanded the curriculum system of quality-oriented education, improved the comprehensive quality of top-notch talents, and coordinated efforts to promote moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, labor and five educations. Deepen the multi-disciplinary collaborative education, build a multi-disciplinary integration and cross-training platform, take general education courses, disciplinary basic courses and multi-disciplinary cross-core courses as the curriculum system, draw learning projects, all kinds of research-based experimental projects and competition projects from the curriculum, ensure the close cooperation between courses and projects, improve the innovation ability.
