“四维一体”实践教学模式研究——以北京理工大学珠海学院工业自动化学院为例

摘要: 现今,国家科技不断发展,对工科专业高层次人才的需求量日益提高。我国高校每年有大量毕业生,而毕业生在岗位上的工作效果却并不是十分理想,毕业生质量有待提升。该文以北京理工大学珠海学院工业自动化学院为例,根据国内外研究以及进行教学实践改革的实验院校的经验分析,提出学生在毕业前应具备在企业实习的经验。因此,“四维一体”的实践教学是学校培养学生的重要环节。

Abstract: Nowadays, with the continuous development of national science and technology, the demand for high-level talents majoring in engineering is increasing day by day. There are a large number of graduates in colleges and universities in China every year, but the work effect of the graduates is not very ideal, and the quality of the graduates needs to be improved. Taking the school of industrial automation, Zhuhai College, Beijing University of Technology as an example, according to the experience analysis of domestic and foreign research and experimental colleges carrying out teaching practice reform, this paper shows that students should have the experience of doing projects and internships in enterprises before graduation. Therefore, the practical teaching of "four-dimensional integration" is an important link for schools to train students.
