“金课”视域下高校大学生创新创业课程质量评价体系构建探究

Research on the Construction of the Quality Evaluation System of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Courses from the Perspective of “Golden Courses”

摘要: 创新创业课程能有效地培养高校大学生创新精神和实践能力,且较为精准地体现“金课”的“高阶性、创新性和挑战度”。高速发展的创新创业课程亟须匹配科学客观的课程质量评价体系。该文结合“金课”要求和“双创”课程特性,通过文献分析法、德尔菲法和层次分析法,通过需求评价、形成性评价及终结性评价这3项一级指标,共制定7项二级指标和18项三级指标,构建了“金课”视域下创新创业课程质量评价体系构建思路和具体评价指标,并指出后续研究应结合创业数据,强化创业全过程可持续量化跟踪评价、建立实施效果定期评估机制,以期构建适合不同创业背景、不同类型院校、不同创业方向的创新创业“金课”质量评价体系。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship courses can effectively cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of college students, and more accurately reflect the "high-level, innovative and challenging" standards of cash courses. The rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship courses urgently need to match a scientific and objective course quality evaluation system. This research combines the requirements of the“golden courses”and the characteristics of the "double creation" course, through the literature analysis method, the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process, through the three first-level indicators of needs evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation, a total of 7 2 second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators, constructing ideas and specific evaluation indicators for the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum quality evaluation system under the "golden courses" perspective, and pointed out that follow-up research should combine real-time entrepreneurial objective evidence to strengthen the sustainability of the entire entrepreneurial process quantitative follow-up evaluation and establishment of a regular evaluation mechanism for implementation effects, with a view to constructing a quality evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship gold courses suitable for different entrepreneurial backgrounds, different types of colleges, and different entrepreneurial directions.
