摘要: 在《中国制造2025》的大背景下,社会对专业能力强的创新型人才的需求尤为迫切。大学是培养创新型人才的重要基地,大学生通过高等教育学习新知识,培养创新能力和实践方法。该文以机械类专业为例,以协同育人为教育方针,构建有助于创新能力培养的机械类专业教学体系和教学内容,探讨高校构建创新型人才培养模式的方法。

Abstract: Under the background of the national strategy of China manufacturing 2025, the demand for innovative talents with strong professional ability is particularly urgent. University is the cradle of cultivating innovative talents. College students learn new knowledge through higher education, cultivate innovative ability and practical methods. Taking the mechanical specialty as an example and taking collaborative education as the educational policy, this paper constructs the teaching system and teaching content of mechanical specialty which is conducive to the cultivation of innovative ability. This paper discusses the research scheme to construct the training mode of innovative talents in colleges and universities.
