班主任在校企合作中的作用研究

摘要: 校企合作是学校为应对社会的激烈竞争及对技术型人才的迫切需求而采用的创新型办学模式。学校与企业之间通过合作实现“双赢”,而其中班主任作为校企之间沟通的桥梁,既需要增加学生对企业的了解,改正学生实习态度,又需要关注企业实习期间的安全风险,协调学生与企业之间的关系。该文主要在校企合作的背景下研究班主任在学校与企业之间的协调作用及在学生实习期间的学习、生活、情感态度方面的作用,为今后班主任在校企合作过程中作用的更好发挥提供参考。

Abstract: University-enterprise cooperation is the school to cope with the fierce competition in the society and the pressing needs of skilled talents and use innovative education mode, through the interaction between school and enterprise strive for "win-win", and one of the teacher in charge as a result between the mediation system, which need to increase the students understanding of the enterprise, to improve students' practice attitude, it also needs to pay attention to the security risks during the internship and coordinate the problems between students and enterprises. Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper mainly studies the coordinating role of head teachers in schools and enterprises as well as their role in students' learning, life and emotional attitude during internship, providing reference for head teachers to play their role in the process of school-enterprise cooperation in the future.
