摘要: “三高四新”战略对土木工程人才培养提出了新要求。该文从《材料力学》教学出发,根据新形势下人才培养需求,提出相应的教学改革方案,包括优化教学材料、拓展教学内容、调整教学方法、鼓励学生参加创新训练项目、融入“湖南元素”五个方面。通过上述改革,提高学生分析和解决工程问题的能力及创新实践能力,更好地适应“三高四新”战略下社会对高素质土木工程专业人才的培养需求。

Abstract: The strategy of “three highlands and four new missions” has put forward new requirements for the training of civil engineering talents. In this paper, from the teaching of mechanics of materials, the corresponding teaching reform plan is proposed according to the requirements of talent training under the new situation, including five aspects, such as optimizing teaching materials, expanding teaching contents, adjusting teaching methods, encouraging students to participate in innovative training programs, and integrating “Hunan elements”. Through the above-mentioned reform, we intend to improve students' ability in analyzing and solving engineering problems and their ability of innovation and practice, so as to better meet the training needs of high-quality civil engineering professionals under the strategy of “three highlands and four new missions”.
