Abstract: This paper reflects on the challenges of controlling detailed planning in the high-quality development stage of urban transformation and puts forward the main problems existing in the theory and practice teaching of controlling detailed planning. From the theoretical teaching link, the practical teaching link, the integration link with other courses and the renewal of curriculum evaluation standard four aspects of controlling detailed planning teaching reform research and practice ideas. In order to build a comprehensive and systematic teaching reform and practice program oriented to management and implementation, which integrates multiple courses, stimulates students' learning initiative and innovation ability, and innovates the contents and methods of compiling the results of control and planning.
