Abstract: Talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization and intellectual support. As the cradle of talent cultivation, colleges and universities actively promote the reform mechanism of talent cultivation, innovate the talent cultivation mode, and cultivate innovative "new farmers" in line with the requirements of learning to nurture farmers. This paper analyzed and discussed the ideas and difficulties of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for college teachers under the background of rural revitalization strategy, and put forward the education ideas and specific education strategies, including changing the concept of education and combining the talent cultivation goal with the rural revitalization strategy; Strengthen the ideological and political curriculum, and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the education of all disciplines; Construct the curriculum system, form the resonance of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum group pedagogy; Improve training programs, create college students employment and entrepreneurship campus platform.
