Abstract: With the continuous deepening of China's medical reform, higher vocational colleges should not only strengthen the cultural knowledge and clinical skills of medical students when carrying out education and teaching, but also focus on training them to form a good medical ethics and humanistic quality, to serve for the sustainable development of China's medical and health cause. This paper briefly analyzes the specific problems and deficiencies existing in the cultivation of medical students' professional quality in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward specific solutions based on the actual situation, so as to transport a large number of medical professionals with high quality for the society.
