Abstract: The social realistic demand and the public welfare culture atmosphere are the social foundation for social entrepreneurship. The gradual return of traditional social charity culture, the people's strong demand for high-quality public service, the popularity of innovation and entrepreneurship concepts and the gradual improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship policy system have all provided "good opportunities" and "fertile ground" for social entrepreneurship education in universities. Universities can continuously improve the theoretical curriculum system of social entrepreneurship, expand the platform of social entrepreneurship education and practice, build the incubation platform of social entrepreneurship projects, strengthen the team of public innovation and entrepreneurship guidance teachers, train new people in the era of social entrepreneurship with both political integrity and ability.
