摘要: 随着“本科导师制”在高校的引入和推行,其制定和执行方面取得了一定的成果,但是也面临一些问题。该文依托应用型本科院校,结合学院工程教育认证背景,对“本科导师制”进行现状调查、体系设计和施行,连续多年的实施结果表明,“本科导师制”仍是比较好的模式,在学术科技方面取得了显著效果,能进一步提高学生的创新能力。

Abstract: With the introduction and implementation of "undergraduate tutorial system" in colleges and universities, its formulation and implementation has achieved certain results, but also fell into a certain dilemma. This paper, based on the applied undergraduate colleges and the background of engineering education certification, investigates the current situation, system design and implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system. The implementation results for many years show that the undergraduate tutorial system is still a better model, which has achieved remarkable results in academic science and technology, and can further improve the innovation ability of students.
