大学生创新创业项目问题分析与建议——以青岛理工大学创新创业项目为例

摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”背景下,大学生创新创业取得了一定的成绩,但同时也面临不少的问题。该文以青岛理工大学大学生创新创业项目为例,介绍了项目的基本模式,总结了项目实施过程中遇到的问题:创业项目团队成员知识背景单一且缺乏实践能力和技能,创业项目发展的持续性不足,镖师队伍人员流动性较大。最后,提出大学生创新创业过程中要优化创业导师团队构成、建立跨学科的联合团队,提升创业项目成员实践能力、增强用户黏性,动态调整创业团队人员构成、建立可持续人员培养机制。

Abstract: Under the environment of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, college students have made some achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship, but they also face many problems. This paper takes the innovation and entrepreneurship project of Qingdao University of Technology as an example and introduces the basic model of the project. Then summarized the problems encountered in the project implementation process: the members of the entrepreneurial project team have a single knowledge background and lack practical ability and skills, the continuity in the development of entrepreneurial projects is insufficient, Biaoshi team personnel mobility is large. Finally, the paper suggests that we should optimize the composition of entrepreneurial mentor team and establish interdisciplinary joint team in the process of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, enhance the practical ability of project members and enhance user engagement, dynamically adjust the composition of entrepreneurial team and establish a sustainable personnel training mechanism.
