摘要: 需要评估是一门课程教学设计的起点。教师语言作为全校性师范类专业必须开设的一门课程,在支撑人才培养目标、提升学生语言文字运用能力、助力学生就业能力方面具有重要意义。该文在对学生进行充分的需要评估的基础上,从测试需要、交流需要、教育教学口语提升需要三个方面入手,对教师语言这门课程进行全面统筹设计,以期达到较好的教学效果,助力人才培养质量的提升。

Abstract: Needs assessment is the starting point of a course teaching design. As a compulsory course for all teachers' majors, teacher's language plays an important role in supporting the achievement of talent cultivation goals, improving students' ability to use language and characters, and helping students' employability. Based on the full assessment of students' needs, this paper comprehensively designs the course of teacher language from the three aspects of testing needs, communication needs and the improvement of oral Chinese in education and teaching, in order to achieve better teaching effects and help improve the quality of talent cultivation.
