摘要: 在精准医学时代背景下,不同专业医学生均需适应基因组医学带来的临床变革,因此对医学遗传学传统教学内容及模式进行改革和优化十分必要。按照以临床应用为导向、科研带动教学、培养创新人才的思路,从模块化课程设置优化、创新性教学方式探索、全方位临床实践强化、多学科特色科研创新四个层面构建医教研三位一体的医学遗传学教学模式,以培养拥有系统的知识结构和较强实践能力的高级医学专业人才和适应当今精准医学发展需要的新型医学人才。

Abstract: In the era of precision medicine, medical students from different majors have to adapt to the changes in clinical practice introduced by genomic medicine. Thus, it is required to reform and optimize the traditional teaching content and mode of medical genetics. In accordance with the ideas of clinical application-based orientation, scientific research-driven education, and cultivating innovative talents, the instruction mode for medical genetics can be constructed based on four aspects: optimizing the modular curriculum settings, exploring the innovative teaching methods, strengthening the all-round clinical practice, and renewing the featured multidisciplinary investigations to integrate clinic, education and research in the whole teaching process. The ultimate purpose of the above reform is to cultivate senior medical professionals with systematic knowledge structure and well-trained practical skills who can meet the needs of current development in the precision medicine.
