Abstract: Electrical operation and control is a very important major, which can cultivate high-quality talents with electrical technical professional ability for the society. Under the background of "intelligent manufacturing", educators pay more and more attention to the practical training and teaching of electrical operation and control, and carried out more systematic training and teaching reform, well optimized the professional talent training plan, some of the training and teaching reform plans are very worthy of promotion and application. This paper analyzes and discusses the strategies and measures of implementing the teaching reform of electrical operation and control major, and hopes to provide some reference for such research.
