Abstract: Mass entrepreneurship and innovation is an important measure of the innovation-driven development strategy proposed in the era of Entrepreneurship 2.0, colleges and universities play an important role in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. By analyzing the current situation of innovative talents training in colleges and universities in China, this paper summarizes some difficulties and problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and puts forward targeted suggestions of "breaking the stereotypes, changing the thinking, improving the system and broadening the horizon". Through changing traditional stereotyped thinking and concept, improving innovation and entrepreneurship education system and faculty, developing interdisciplinary training of all-round all-round development of talents, establishing university-type mass innovation space and using Internet platform to share, the paper puts forward suggestions for the reform of traditional talent training mode.
