摘要: 为在本科教学过程中培养学生的传热学思维,该文主要介绍了热传导分析解法、对流换热实验法及传热过程的数值解法。利用热阻网络图分析一维稳态导热的平壁、多层复合壁的传热过程,使学生对相关知识点能够融会贯通。引入准则数,在相似原理的指导下大大减少了实验次数,实验关联式的应用得以推广。利用课后MATLAB资源,将数值模拟热计算的结果在课堂上进行直观展示。借助相变储热模型,将CFD数值计算引入传热学教学,使学生形象认识传热过程,将实验方法与理论知识有机结合,从而培养学生分析解决实际传热问题的能力。

Abstract: In order to cultivate students' thinking of heat transfer in the teaching process of undergraduate, this paper mainly introduces the analytical solution of heat conduction, the experimental method of convective heat transfer and the numerical solution of heat transfer process. Use the thermal resistance network graph to analyze the heat transfer process of the one-dimensional steady heat conduction flat wall, multi-layer composite wall and composite wall, so that the students can gain a thorough understanding of it. The introduction of the criterion number greatly reduces the number of experiments under the guidance of the similarity principle, and the application of the experimental correlation is promoted. MATLAB will be used to do numerical simulations after class, and the results of thermal calculation are displayed intuitively in the classroom. With the help of the sunflower phase change heat storage model, CFD numerical calculation is introduced into the teaching of heat transfer, so that students can understand the heat transfer process vividly, and experimental methods are combined with theoretical knowledge organically, so as to cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve practical heat transfer problems.
