“五育融合”教育理念下高校大学生志愿服务专业化建设与创新实践研究

摘要: 高校秉持“五育融合”的教育理念,组织大学生开展志愿服务,既符合党和国家的期望和要求,也是大学生努力践行社会主义核心价值观的行为途径。加强和改进大学生志愿服务工作,高校要积极探索大学生志愿服务的专业化建设路径,通过规范管理、加强品牌建设、建立培训体系、立足专业特点、完善考核评价体系等举措,用志愿服务课程化的建设思路来提升工作的专业化水平,借此来更好引导和组织大学生开展志愿服务活动,在“五育融合”下实现学校育人目标。

Abstract: Colleges and universities hold the education concept of“five education integration”to organize college students to carry out voluntary service, which not only meets the expectations and requirements of the Party and the country, but also is the behavior way of college students to practice “socialist core values”. To strengthen and improve college students volunteer service work, universities should actively explore college students volunteer service specialized construction path, through the normative management, strengthening the brand construction, establishing the training system, based on the professional characteristics, measures such as perfecting the evaluation system, the use of volunteer service course construction ideas to improve the specialization of work, in order to better guide and organize college students to carry out volunteer service activities, in the“five education integration”to achieve the goal of school education.
