摘要: 古生物学是地质类专业的基础课,以化石为主要研究对象,因而涉及化石的形态、结构的描述和鉴定,长期以来,这部分教学内容主要通过实验课完成。受到新冠肺炎疫情影响,在广泛开展线上教学的同时必须考虑到实验课时压缩对学生观察化石标本的影响。我们在线上教学中通过运用国内外古生物博物馆的数字化资源,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract: Paleontology is a basic course for geology majors. It takes fossils as the main research object, so it involves the description and identification of the morphology and structure of fossils. For a long time, this part of teaching content is mainly completed through experimental classes. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it is necessary to take into account the impact of laboratory class compression on students' observation of fossil specimens when online teaching is widely carried out. We have achieved good teaching results by using the digital resources of paleontology museums at home and abroad in online teaching.
