摘要: 在“双高计划”背景下,探索高水平课程群建设,有利于推进专业群建设和完善人才培养模式,使学生与企业岗位实现无缝对接。实践课程群是高职院校高水平课程群建设的重要支撑与特色项目,探索“三段进阶式”高职院校连锁经营与管理专业实践课程群建设,即依托校内超市实训基地、“校中企”“企中校”等实训场所设计实训课程体系,能够有效实现校内、校外实践课程的有效衔接,保证学生岗位能力以及校企订单式人才培养质量的有效提升。

Abstract: Under the background of “double height plan”, exploring the construction of high-level curriculum group is conducive to promoting the construction of professional group and improving the talent training mode, so as to realize the seamless connection between students and enterprise posts. The practical curriculum group is an important support and characteristic project for the construction of high-level curriculum group in higher vocational colleges. Explore the construction of “three-stage advanced” practical curriculum group of chain operation and management specialty in higher vocational colleges, that is, design the practical curriculum system based on the practical training base of supermarkets, enterprises in schools and schools in enterprises, which can effectively realize the effective connection of practical courses inside and outside schools, ensure the effective improvement of students' post ability and the quality of order oriented talent training between schools and enterprises.
