TRIZ理论在木塑复合材料中的应用

摘要: 新型木塑复合材料是一种极具发展前途的“低碳、环保、可循环”的材料,具有力学强度高、耐腐蚀、加工性能好等优异性能,我国大力推动环保型材料的应用进程,能有效解决能源消耗和环境破坏等生态问题。但部分企业基于对生产成本、技术、市场需求、用户接受度等多方面的考量,认为木塑产品的应用很有限。为促进木塑复合材料在产品设计中广泛应用,该文将TRIZ理论引入木塑产品创新设计中,并从木塑产品设计流程中存在的三个常见问题入手进行分析,结合发明原理提出问题解决方法,以期为企业研发木塑产品提供多样化的解决思路和方案。

Abstract: New wood plastic composite material, is a very promising “low carbon, environmental protection, recyclable” material, with high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, good processing performance and other excellent properties, China vigorously promote the application process of environmental protection materials, can effectively solve the ecological problems such as energy consumption and environmental damage. However, due to the consideration of production cost, technology, market demand and user acceptance, the application of WPC products is limited. For wood plastic composite material is widely used in the product design, this article will TRIZ theory is introduced into the wood plastic product innovation design, and from wood plastic products of three common problems existing in the design process is analyzed, and combining the principle of invention problem solving method is put forward, in order to provide diversification for enterprise research and development of wood plastic products of solution and solution.
