摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,各高校为了顺应时代发展和提升学生能力,开始重点培养创新创业型人才。该文主要针对高校财务管理创新创业教育进行深入研究,结合高校财务管理实施创新创业教育的必要性,阐述了高校财务管理专业创新创业教育的问题,如相关课程体系与课程内容存在不合理现象、财务管理专业的教学方法落后、专业人才培养目标不明确、促进大学生创新创业的相关政策及机制不健全、师资力量比较薄弱等问题,并针对以上问题提出切实可行的改革方案,从而不断提高财务管理学生的创新创业能力。

Abstract: Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, colleges and universities began to focus on cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in order to comply with the development of the times and improve students' own ability. This paper mainly makes an in-depth study on the innovation and entrepreneurship of financial management in colleges and universities. Combined with the necessity of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education in financial management in colleges and universities, this paper expounds the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education of financial management specialty in colleges and universities, such as unreasonable phenomena in relevant curriculum system and curriculum content, backward teaching methods of financial management specialty, unclear training objectives of professionals the relevant policies and mechanisms to promote college students' innovation and entrepreneurship are not perfect, and the strength of teachers is relatively weak, and put forward practical reform plans for the above problems, so as to continuously improve the ability of financial management students' innovation and entrepreneurship.
