摘要: 在“双高计划”建设过程中,为解决学院对道桥专业人才培养质量全面提升的要求,通过对道路运输类土建行业进行企业、学生和学校三方面的调研,进一步明确道桥专业职业面向和人才培养目标,针对原有课程体系中存在的问题进行改革,以岗位为主线构建道桥专业递进式课程体系,从专业核心课程内容、教学方法、教学资源和师资队伍等方面进行改革实践,以提升杨凌职业技术学院道桥专业人才培养质量,使专业具备可持续发展的生命力,更好地为产业链服务。

Abstract: During the construction of “Double High School Plan”, in order to meet the requirement of the college for comprehensive promotion of road and bridge professional talent training quality, through the study of the enterprises of road transportation construction industry, students and school three aspects of research, make clear further bridge professional career oriented and talents training target, in view of the existing problems in the curriculum system reform, Building road and bridge professional curriculum system with the post as the main line progressive type, from specialized core curriculum content, teaching methods, teaching resources and teaching staff to reform practice, in order to achieve Yangling Vocational and Technical College road and bridge professional talent training quality guarantee, is a professional development have the vitality of sustainable development, for better services to the industrial chain.
