外科护理学实训考核评价与反馈体系的构建与思考

摘要: 以高职教学培养目标为基础,在日常考评、实习报告、专业技能考评和绩效反馈等方面完善实训过程绩效评估系统,能够提升学生的综合能力和实训质量。因此,需对学校的实训过程考核评定方法加以革新,由原来简单的技术作业考评变成综合应用技术考评,同时增加对日常、实习报告的考评和考核反馈,考评合格者可接受临床应用培训。

Abstract: Based on the teaching and training objectives of higher vocational education, to improve the performance evaluation system of the training process in peacetime evaluation, practice report, professional skills evaluation and performance feedback, can improve the students' comprehensive ability and training quality. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the assessment method of the school's training process, from the original simple assessment of technical work to comprehensive application of technology, and increase the assessment and feedback of daily assessment and practice report. Those who pass the assessment can be trained for clinical application.
