基于创客教育的商科创新创业人才培养模式研究

摘要: 培养创新创业人才是高等教育的重要使命和必然选择。商科作为创新创业的原属学科和新文科建设的重要组成部分,尤其适合且需要培养创新创业人才。然而,由于人才培养目标、体系和模式与实际需求脱节,传统商科创新创业人才培养仍存在诸多问题。该文在剖析上述问题的基础上,探讨了创客教育的意义,提出基于创客教育确立培养目标、编制培养方案、实施培养过程、强化培养保障和评价培养质量,全面重构商科创新创业人才培养模式,并提出具体实施建议,为我国高校商科类专业加强创新创业人才培养提供新的思路。

Abstract: Training innovation and entrepreneurship talents (IETs) is an essential mission and a logical choice for higher education. As the original discipline of innovation and entrepreneurship and a major part of “new liberal arts” construction, business is especially suitable for and needs to cultivate the IETs. However, there are still many problems in traditional business IETs training, due to the mismatch between current training objectives, systems and models and the actual IETs needs. Upon analyzing these existing problems, this study discusses the significance of maker education in IETs training, and puts forward a new training model by integrating maker education into business training objectives, program, process, quality assurance and evaluation. The developed model and corresponding implementation suggestions provide new ideas and references for business majors in colleges and universities to strengthen their IETs cultivation.
