校企共建“双师”素质教师团队的基本内涵和路径探索

摘要: 当前,职业教育迎来改革发展时期,产教融合、校企合作已经成为教育主旋律,建设高水平“双师”素质教师团队是学校与企业迫切需要解决的一项新课题。校企共建“双师”素质教师团队,从基本内涵来看,“双师”素质教师团队具有其基本特征、鲜明特征和不同类型;从实施路径来看,校企需要明确权责利、建立常态化运行机制、完善教师培养培训机制、共建教师培养培训基地实践平台等,做好支撑保障,进而推动“双师”素质教师团队健康持续发展。

Abstract: At present, vocational education ushered in a period of great reform and development, the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation has become the main melody of education, the construction of high level “double teachers” quality teacher team is a new topic urgently needed to be solved by schools and enterprises. From the point of view of the basic connotation, “double teachers” quality teacher team has its own concept, basic characteristics, distinctive characteristics and different types; From the perspective of the implementation path, schools and enterprises need to clarify rights, responsibilities and interests, establish a normal operation mechanism, improve the teacher training mechanism, and jointly build a practice platform for teacher training base, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of “double teachers” quality teacher team.
