摘要: 地方本科高校向应用型转变涉及面广、周期长,建设过程中在办学定位、专业设置、师资队伍、政策保障等方面遇到一些问题与阻碍,导致速度与质量受到限制。经过半个世纪发展建设的德国应用科技大学在应用型人才培养上特色鲜明、成效显著,对我国地方本科高校探索自身的转型之路可提供如下借鉴:一是找准办学定位,明确培养目标;二是加大调整力度,构建科学合理的专业体系;三是实施“双师双聘”工程,打造高水平的教学队伍;四是完善配套政策,提供系统保障。

Abstract: The transformation of local universities to application-oriented faced many problems and obstacles, such as a wide range of areas, a long period, school orientation, professional setting during the construction process, faculty and policy guarantees. Speed and quality are limited; The local universities failed to meet the expectations and needs of society. After half a century of development and construction, the German University of Applied Science and Technology has distinctive characteristics and remarkable. It can provide the following references for local universities in China to explore own transformation paths. Firstly, locating the school accurately and clarify and training objectives. Secondly increasing adjustments and building a scientific and reasonable profession system; Thirdly implementing the dual-teacher and employment project to create a high-level teaching team; Fourth is to improve supporting policies and provide system guarantees.
