摘要: 在教授本科生管理学理论的前提下,培养其管理创新能力,为社会输送创新型管理人才,是当今高校面临的重要课题。该文在分析了培养创新型管理人才的管理学教学改革有利于培养符合新时代企业管理需要的人才、有利于促进管理学教学符合企业管理新实践的基础上,梳理了管理学教学中的三种常见问题,进而提出为了培养创新型管理人才,教师在教授管理学课程时应该注重讲授管理创新理论、注重培养学生创新思维、注重结合最新企业管理实践。

关键词: 创新型管理人才, 管理学, 教学改革

Abstract: It is an important task for colleges to cultivate undergraduates management innovation ability and transport innovative management talents for the society under the premise of teaching undergraduates management theories. Based on the analysis of the teaching reform of management based on the cultivation of innovative management talents is conducive to both cultivate talents that meet the needs of enterprise management in the new era and promote the teaching of management conforms to the new practice in enterprise management, this paper combs three common problems in the teaching of management. Then this paper puts forward that to cultivate innovative management talents, teachers should pay attention to teaching management innovation theories, training students to think creatively, and combining teaching with the latest business management practices.
