城市设计导则介入控制性详细规划的教学改革实践——以河北工业大学城乡规划专业为例

摘要: 城市设计在国土空间详细规划中起到重要作用,为法定规划的落地实施提供设计导控要求。该文结合河北工业大学城乡规划专业控制性详细规划设计课程的教学现状,提出城市设计介入控制性详细规划设计课程的教学改革路径,并对总体城市设计介入单元控规、街坊地块城市设计介入土地细分导则两个主要教学阶段进行改革实践,以期为优化专业课程体系、提高设计课教学质量、提升学生专业素养提供借鉴。

关键词: 控制性详细规划, 城市设计导则, 介入式教学

Abstract: Urban design plays an important role in detailed territorial space planning and provides design guidance and control requirements for the implementation of legal planning. Combining with the teaching present situation of the regulatory planning course in Hebei University of Technology, this paper proposed the teaching reform path of the urban design involved in regulatory detailed planning. And the reform practices are carried out in the overall urban design involving unit planning and the neighborhood plot urban design involving land subdivision guidelines. This research provides a teaching reform reference for optimizing the professional curriculum system, enhancing the teaching quality of design courses, and improving students' professional accomplishment.
