Abstract: As an important subject of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training, colleges and universities are also effective participants in the optimization and upgrading of regional traditional industries. The upgrading of regional traditional industries not only depends on the upgrading of ideas and technical equipment, but also can realize the upgrading of talents and build an adaptable talent system. By means of university-enterprise collaboration, the relevant mechanism of promoting the upgrading of regional traditional industries with innovative and entrepreneurial talents is explored. On the one hand, it provides theoretical support for the cultivation and innovation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities, and on the other hand, it also seeks a new direction for the building of high-quality talent teams in the transformation of regional traditional industries and the alleviation of employment pressure in colleges and universities.
