摘要: 随着高职百万扩招计划的实施,学生生源结构发生了变化,对分层分类教学提出了新要求。该文基于职业教育精细化工技术专业教学资源库,从分层分类设计教学内容、制定个性化学习方案、实施模块化教学、创新考核评价方式、实施多元化评价等方面入手进行研究与实践,以提升教学效果,为不同学习者提供个性化、多元化和精准化服务,也可为其他专业开展分层分类教学提供参考。

关键词: 教学资源库, 分层分类教学, 混合式教学, 考核评价方式

Abstract: With the implementation of the million enrollments expansion plan in higher vocational colleges, the structure of students has changed, which puts forward new requirements for hierarchical and classified teaching. Based on the teaching resource database of Fine Chemical Technology Specialty in vocational education, this paper studies and practices from the aspects of hierarchical and classified design of teaching content, formulation of personalized learning plan, implementation of modular teaching, innovation of assessment and evaluation methods, and implementation of diversified evaluation. In order to improve the teaching effect, provide personalized, diversified and accurate services for different learners, and also provide reference for other majors to carry out layered and classified teaching.
