摘要: 随着新产业、新技术的兴起,以大数据和人工智能为主的第四次工业革命已经到来,传统工程教育面临严峻挑战。基于国家战略发展新需求、立德树人新要求而提出的新工科建设是我国工程教育改革的方向,而创新型卓越人才培养模式构建是新工科建设的基础。该文详细剖析了传统人才培养模式所存在的问题,提出创新型卓越人才培养的有效路径及其构建策略。

Abstract: With the rise of new industries and technologies and the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution dominated by big data and artificial intelligence, traditional engineering education is facing severe challenges. The new engineering construction proposed based on the new demands of national strategic development, the new requirements of moral education is the direction of engineering education reform in China. The construction of innovative outstanding talent training mode is the foundation of new engineering construction. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional talent training mode in detail, and puts forward the effective path and construction strategy of innovative outstanding talent training.
