“三全育人”背景下“第二课堂成绩单”制度育人路径优化探究——以南华大学X学院为例

摘要: 2017年12月,中共教育部党组印发《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》,启动了“三全育人”综合改革试点,将高校思想政治工作融入人才培养各环节。高校“第二课堂成绩单”制度是贯彻立德树人、服务学生成长的重要平台。该文在“三全育人”背景下,分析南华大学X学院的第二课堂工作开展情况,分析实施现状,剖析存在的问题与不足,并提出完善“第二课堂成绩单”制度的实施路径,更好地推进“第二课堂成绩单”制度运行,发挥“第二课堂成绩单”制度的育人功能。

Abstract: In December 2017, the Leading Party Group of the Ministry of Education issued the Implementation Outline of The Quality Improvement Project of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, and launched the pilot comprehensive reform of “Three integrity and Education”, integrating ideological and political work in colleges and universities into each link of talent training. The“second class report card” system is an important platform to carry out moral education and serve the growth of students. Based on the three whole educational background, through the analysis of the second classroom of college of south China university of X work situation, analyze the present situation of implementing analyze the existing problems and deficiencies, and put forward the corresponding improving the implementation of the “report card” of the second classroom system path, to better promote the "report card" of the second classroom system running, play a “report card” of the second classroom system of educational function.
